The NV Pedro Ximénez Solera 1927 is non-vintage, but does have some 1927 material in it. This is totally dark brown/ amber with notes of figs, toffee, caramel syrup, molasses and coffee. It is dense, super sweet, intense, rich and an amazingly, unctuously textured, thick beverage to consume slowly and introspectively after a meal. Drink now through 2050, or even longer.
Dry and grippy on the palate, it is intense with reactive tannins, lingering long on its fruit notes. This is a rich wine to hold for a couple of years.

Purple-hued wine with enticing aromas of wild herbs, Dry and velvety on the palate, the fine-grained reactive tannins add a light structure to the mouthfeel. This is a tasty Rioja with a modern touch.
Fresh, floral and linear, it has a nice thread of acidity and minerality, top notes of aniseed and honeysuckle and seamlessly integrated oak.
