The 2021 Saint Joseph Bois Prieur is solid, with impressive depth and richness. Notes of mulberries, ripe cherries, and hints of blue fruits give way to more peppery herbs and spice.

Pear and melon hints to the peach fruit, and plenty of floral notes alongside the spicy cinnamon oak. Typically voluminous and generous on the palate, with plenty of rich opulence to the texture.
